What is processing- preparing your order including printing, packaging ect.

Art/Poster Prints-

Art and poster orders are typically ready within 5 business days. Due to COVID-19 please allow up 10-12 business days to process your order. Once payment has cleared, all items are shipped using USPS/UPS shipping. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Shipping generally takes anywhere from 2-5 business days, depending on the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost during transit or for longer than expected delivery. 

Original paintings- 

All original paintings are shipped within 5-10 business days using UPS ground.

In the event an item is lost or damaged, you must reach out to the carrier and file a claim. 

Returns/Refunds*****

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. All items are non refundable and can not be exchanged. 

If there are any issues with a product you have received, please contact customer service within 3 business days of delivery. Any error or mistake on our part will be corrected expeditiously.
